Return Policy

**All Returns are Subject to Restock Fee**

New items purchased are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase if items are unopened, in original brand-new condition, showing no signs of wear or usage (see exceptions). Examples of wear or usage are opened factory seal, handling marks, light scratches, dents, tear, scrapes, or scuffs that may render any condition less that of brand-new.

Your refund will be processed within 2 days after successful assessment by our trained category professionals as condition acceptable as stated above. Please note that refunds are valid for the value of the product only. Shipping services and handling charges will be deducted from your refund. Items with promotion and/or free shipping will be deducted of the amount or promotion and/or shipping service fee from your refund.

Customer Order

  • You must notify the third-party seller within 14 days of receipt.
  • If the item contains personal customization, Infinity Performance is not required to accept returns or exchanges unless the products are damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • All product packaging (such as boxes) must be returned with the item.

Restocking and Handling Charges:

Handling charges will include restocking fees. Handling charges will not be less than 25%. Special Order or Custom items can not be returned.

Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged, and/or missing parts* not due to our error may be assessed a restocking fee up to 50% of the item’s price. Items not in original condition may be shipped back to the customer under our discretion. Any return item postmarked over 30 days from delivery will be assessed a restocking fee up to 80% of the items’ price.

Return Shipping:

The buyer is responsible for all return costs. Infinity Performance will not be held responsible for lost, missing or damaged packages in route to us. Please contact your courier services for further details on your options or claims.

 

Order Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Infinity Performance immediately during our office hours (M/F 8-5pm EST). If your order has not been processed, it may be cancelled, and you will not be obligated to its sales charge. However, cancellations are not guaranteed. If the order has been processed, you will not be able to cancel the order and be subject to our standard return policy.
